Tenth Circuit lifts stay in marriage case

The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued their mandate, overturning their stay.  Same-sex marriage is now legal in Utah, and throughout the Tenth Circuit.

“On this date, the United States Supreme Court denied certiorari review in this matter.  Consequently, the stay of the mandate in our decision dated Jne 25, 2014 is lifted, and the mandate shall issue forthwith.  A copy of this order shall stand as the mandate of the court.”
