Since Monday, October 27, 2014 is the last day for citizens to register to vote in-person at the County Clerk’s Office for the November General Election, the Salt Lake County Clerk’s Office is providing an express/drive-thru voter registration at the County Government Center (2100 South State) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Those who are not registered to vote can go to the County Government Center (east side of the South Building) and register from their car. Anyone who is currently registered to vote in Salt Lake County, but has changed their address within the County, may call the County Clerk’s Office and provide their new address as soon as possible or email Got-Vote@slco.org.
Online voter registration is also available, and can be done from the comfort of your home or office, with a current Utah Driver’s License or State ID card at www.vote.utah.gov. Deadline for online voter registration is Tuesday, October 28.
Voters may check their registration status, find early vote locations, find their Election Day polling location, and view their sample ballot by visiting the County Clerk’s website at www.got-vote.org.
