Encircle Provo LGBT resource center releases new mission video

Leaders of Utah County’s LGBT resource center, Encircle, released a video Wednesday explaining their role in one of the “reddest” of counties in the country. Located in a renovated house in downtown near the Provo Temple, the center opened earlier this year.
